Summer interns join the California Consortium for Public Health Informatics and Technology (CCPHIT) program, focused on geospatial data and web application development.
- Identify data sources and prepare geospatial data for mapping
- Create map layers in QGIS and develop web applications
- Automate data processing pipelines

Who is eligible to apply?
Internships are only available for students already funded via the partner institutions that we work with. Please contact your institution's point of contact to confirm eligibility.

Where is the office located?
Hub Public Benefit Corp operates primarily virtually. Co-working space access (including a WeWork membership) may be available. In-person meetings are held mainly in the Bay Area and Sacramento.

Is travel compensated?
Yes. Interns typically receive a transit credit, and flights and accommodation for business travel related to their internship are covered.
